We’re Billogram and we do digital invoicing because we think traditional invoicing is lame. It’s basically anxiety on a paper, filled with apprehension (did I pay my invoices? Did our customer get their invoice?) and when done wrong it can waste so much time and energy. Time and energy that both sender and recipient could spend doing something else.

It’s not the easiest thing to solve – we want both sender and recipient to have the best experience possible but since their interests don’t always align it’s up to us to come up with smart solutions to satisfy both parties. So if you want to join a company in expansion, set to change invoicing as we know it, then keep on reading!

We're looking for that meticulous person who loves solving problems and wants to help keep our product quality top notch 👌. As part of the QA team at Billogram, you will collaborate closely with our domain teams and all the different roles we have in our product development department, ensuring that new functionality is working as expected and that we put out the best product possible.

The team is small (with you on board, it will grow with 100%), but eager to expand with someone who’s into structuring our QA process and who wants to help create a framework for test cases that can become a powerful tool available to the entire department - QA isn’t a responsibility you put on a select group of people, everybody needs to think about it! That being said, you should enjoy working hands-on with the product, walk in the users’ shoes and really empathise with the user experience - from functionality to UX/UI. To be able to do this really well, we think you:

Have a QA education
Have at least a year or two of experience within QA, preferably with products
Know how to structure test cases and bug reports
Want to contribute to a growing team and help build processes
Are organized and pay great attention to details
Have a general understanding of written Swedish

As mentioned, this function is currently pretty small, meaning you will have a lot to say about how we develop this role. There is plenty of room for freedom at Billogram – and people with initiative, drive and integrity get really far in our organisation. In our office, one can find an ever growing group of slightly rebellious and self-proclaimed geniuses. A recent culture study found that employees at Billogram are in fact the best in the world. These statistics came straight from a highly reliable slack poll survey, performed internally at five-thirty on a Friday pay-day.

Apart from being the best in the world, we’re a pretty humble and casual bunch.
