At Billogram we strive for evolution and growth, and we are looking for a Content Writer who shares that passion. For the past ten years, we have picked apart and rebuilt the invoice, looking not only at what it is but seeing what it can be. We aim to make bill paying as pleasant as possible with what we call intelligent billing. Intelligent billing lets our customers automate the painful parts of their payment processes, while their consumers get a simpler, more flexible payment experience.
We know that reaching our goals helps our customers meet their goals. To do that, we need to stay on top of the latest customer-focused thinking, as well as the latest ways in which companies measure their profitability and efficiency. Hopefully, this blend of customer experience and business-mindedness strikes a chord with you, too.
If it does, we’d like to teach you all that we know about customer experience and payments, and how we combine them to deliver vital business results for our customers. Then we will let you continue to deep-dive into these areas and become the expert! Billogram is not new to content, in fact, it has been the very core of our marketing for years, but as we take on new verticals and markets, it's time for a new content chapter and a fresh new outlook.
We’d like you to:
- have experience writing both short-form (i.e., articles) as well as data-based, long-form content (i.e., white papers)
- be able to write content in both Swedish and English
- be SEO-minded when you write content for our blog/other parts of the website
- take part in content planning, follow-ups, and reporting
- come up with creative ideas for content, as well as do the research those ideas require
- try out new content forms (experience with other types of content, i.e., video, is a plus)
In return, we offer an exciting journey where you will get the opportunity to help shape our content strategy as we break into new markets. This means you will also be part of shaping the tone and language of Billogram.
