In order to ensure continued successful relationships with our key customers within the large/enterprise segment as well as lay the foundation for international expansion, we are looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager who wants to be part of redefining an industry that has operated in the same way for a long time.
About the role:
In the role as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Billogram, you are ultimately responsible for a portfolio with some of our largest and most important customers as well as the budgeted revenue. The tasks include maintaining and developing relationships with key people, typically people in the customer's management team, as well as ensuring Billogram's delivery to the customer. You do this by proactively educating customers in our solution and ensuring that it works as expected and in line with the customer's overall business goals. In addition to that, an important part of the role is to expand Billogram's business by maximizing contract renewals and driving upsells of the exciting features in our Product Roadmap.
As part of a smaller team, you are both strategic and operational in your role. You do everything from setting up processes and creating specific account plans for your clients to executing on them and solving large and small problems that arise along the way. In connection with our international expansion, you will also be involved in the work of developing strategies for how we can best create value for our key customers in new markets.

As a person, you have good business understanding and analytical skills. You are used to analyzing data to easily see and measure how Billogram's solution contributes to the customer's success and what value is created. You are able to work without predetermined routines and take responsibility for your own work as well as Billogram's delivery ability and for the customers' success with us. In addition to that, you are a true relationship builder who is used to having contact with several different stakeholders at all imaginable levels in our customers' organizations. You are self-aware and a good listener, but at the same time not afraid to express your own opinion.
Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent.
A few years of experience in a similar role as Customer Success Manager, preferably within SaaS. Alternatively, experience from other customer-facing roles with a business focus where you have worked both strategically and operationally, e.g. as Customer Support Manager or management consultant.
Good technical understanding, to be able to easily understand the customer's needs and challenges, as well as help find and propose the right solutions.
Fluent English in both speech and writing, desirable if you also have a command of Swedish or/ and German.
