To continue our growth journey we are looking for a Project Manager Operations to join our team.

Your primary responsibilities and tasks will be:
As Project Manager Operations you will have defined responsibilities in the day-to-day execution of strategic projects and initiatives aimed at further growing Billogram. In this role, you will be responsible for parts of larger projects, such as work streams, with defined activities and timelines. You are expected to take ownership for these activities and be rather self-going in its execution with guidance from other team members within the Business Operations team.

Billogram is a fast-growing company which means that we will not run out of exciting and important issues to solve. You will work with several projects in parallel with varying focus, both company wide and department specific. As part of our international expansion you will for instance be involved in projects such as deciding on which country to launch next and how to do it. You will work in close collaboration with the Business Operations team, but also the company’s management team. Many of the projects will also require expert competences to be sourced either internally or externally.

Examples of projects:

• Implementation and governance of Billogram KPIs and metrics
• Ensure efficient internal ways of working across the organization
• Development and evaluation of pricing structure and models
• Implementation and follow up on management systems
• Regulative and compliance related projects
• Supporting the organization when launching in a new market

What we are looking for:
As a person you are a committed self-starter who works hard and remains focused until desired goals are achieved and even though difficulties arise on the way. You are able to work without pre-established routines and take responsibility for your work. You are stable, self-aware and a good listener but at the same time not afraid to express your own opinion. You are analytical thinking with the ability to quickly identify all aspects of a problem and you thrive in a changing environment. 

Job skills & qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics or a related field
• 2-5 years experience in a similar role within project management either at PE/VC-backed company or as a management consultant
• Proven track record from managing complex projects, experience from working with international projects is a plus
• Fluent in both written and spoken English, preferably also fluent in Swedish
• Strong skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
