To ensure continuous growth both domestically and internationally, we are now looking for experienced and high performing Enterprise Account Executives to join our sales team.
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Billogram you will play a vital role in our continued growth journey by identifying and converting our largest new business opportunities. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with our stakeholders; CEOs, CFOs, CMOs and other typical decision makers, over time.
As an Enterprise Account Executive you will orchestrate and work closely together with our Sales Engineers and Marketing team to create a deep understanding of our customers’ business, market and situation by listening to their challenges and needs. You will be responsible for driving the entire sales cycle and executing on the most successful sales strategies for each case together with your team. You will present and guide new clients towards the solution that generates the most value for their needs, ultimately reaching your targets and ensuring continued explosive growth for Billogram.
The role:
Full sales cycle responsibility - managing ongoing sales processes with prospects via sales meetings, demos, technical screenings, business cases and negotiation until converting them to closed new business and handing them over to our customer success team
Strategically and proactively identifying new business opportunities domestically and/or internationally
Creating further growth within our most successful verticals; Utilities, Telecom and Broadband, as well as in new and exciting industries
Actively creating and nurturing of external stakeholder relationships
Ensuring sales process compliance and CRM management
Managing internal resources throughout Billogram, activating support from Sales Engineers, Professional Services and Legal
Play an essential part in defining, executing and following up on vertical team strategy
Coaching and supporting our Account Executives in their development
Skills & traits which will help you succeed in this role:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, economics or a related field
Minimum five years of experience from enterprise sales of complex B2B solutions or, alternatively, experience from working as a management consultant or a similar commercial role with business development focus
Good technical knowledge to be able to understand the customer’s needs and challenges to help them find the right solution
Commitment and drive - you are an ambitious self-starter who remains focused until desired goals are achieved
Flexibility - you are able to work and thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
Analytical mindset - you have a strong business acumen and a data driven approach
Team player - you have a positive mindset and enjoy seeking out new connections as well as maintaining existing relationships
Fluency in English
Nice to have:
Experience from working in a tech scale-up or other fintech company
Fluency in Swedish, German or Norwegian
Knowledge of the French German or Norwegian market
A strong network within and previous experience from selling towards any of our key verticals - Utilities, Telecom and Broadband
