Technical Account Manager
We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to help provide the best possible experience to our clients.

As a Technical Account Manager at Billogram you will be an important asset to our clients, managing their set-up and integration. You will be part of a small but ambitious team working closely together to resolve incoming tickets and issues.
In close collaboration with our Customer Success Managers, you will participate in client meetings where you act as a technical advisor and respond to their feedback and questions. It could involve anything from incident management to participation in projects where you develop new ideas together with our clients. You will also work closely with the developers in our product teams to be able to understand both our and our client's priorities and needs.
Your workday will offer variety and even though some tasks are recurring, every client is unique and will present you with different challenges. One thing is for sure, you will definitely be involved where it all happens!
The tools you will be working with mainly are SQL, JIRA, Kibana and APIs .
The team works in a "flexible remote" setting, meaning that they have two dedicated office days and the remaining three you choose yourself where you work from.
Who are you?
Besides fluency in Swedish and English, the following skills & traits will help you succeed in this role:
- Previous experience from a similar role as a Technical Account Manager, advanced Technical Support or other comparable positions
- Detective's mindset - you have that drive to understand why things are working or not working and don't give up until you get to the bottom of things
- A meticulous and systematic approach and ability to keep multiple processes going at the same time
- A good understanding of API:s and integrations in order to easily follow up on other people's work
- You use Microsoft Excel as a natural tool to help you manage and analyze large amounts of data
- Good knowledge of SQL and ability to extract data and information from databases
- Experience working with API tools such as Postman and/or SoapUI
- Experience working with BI systems such as SAS BI, Microsoft Power BI or Metabase
- Knowledge of Python is a plus
