VP Customer Success

To ensure continuous growth and become a leader in the European consumer billing market we are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as Vice President of Customer Success.
About the role:
As VP Customer Success, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, retention and ARR growth by leading our customer success team, customer support team and onboarding team. This is a key position to keep our steady growth where you will balance customer relations with project management to ensure that our key customers achieve their desired business outcomes with help from our product.

Primary responsibilities:
- Lead the customer success team, customer support team and onboarding team, including hiring, developing and coaching of team members and middle managers to ensure high performance and career development.
- Develop clear goals and KPIs for the teams and continuously follow-up on them.
- Structure and process creation, making sure teams work together with minimal overlap in tasks as well as align the overall goals.
- Develop and execute customer success strategies to drive customer satisfaction, retention and ARR growth with specific focus on our Enterprise clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring they achieve their desired business outcomes with help from our product.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and marketing, to ensure customer success goals align with overall business objectives.
- Part of the management team.

Finally, you are able to work without predetermined routines, rather you are the one who creates structure even in chaotic situations for the benefit of yourself and others. You have the ability to work on both a strategic level as well as hands-on operational duties and enjoy the mix.
Skills & qualifications which will help you succeed in this role:
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to work through other leaders but also lead individual contributors directly.
- Previous experience from leading high performing customer success teams, ideally also experience from leading other post-sales departments such as customer support and/or implementation teams.
- Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth towards Enterprise clients, preferably in an international environment.
- Previous project management experience, preferably from a SaaS/technology company.
- A technical background that supports your understanding of our systems and integrations is a plus.
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in business administration, engineering or equivalent is a plus.
- Fluency in Swedish and English is a requirement.
