To ensure continuous domestic and international growth, we are now looking for a high-performing Commercial Project Manager to join our Business Operations team.

About the Role:
As a Commercial Project Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our commercial strategic initiatives, charting the course for Billogram's continued growth. Your role revolves around executing day-to-day activities for high-impact projects that span the spectrum of our business.

In this capacity, you'll take ownership of specific commercial project components, overseeing well-defined activities and timelines. While you'll be part of our Business Operations team, you'll often act as a self-driven force, but with guidance from fellow team members.

Our dynamic, fast-paced environment ensures that no two days are alike. You'll juggle multiple projects simultaneously, some with a company-wide focus and others tailored to specific departments and clients. As Billogram expands internationally, you'll play a pivotal role in this journey ahead. Collaboration will be your key to success, as you work closely with the Business Operations team, key stakeholders within the Commercial department and our company's leadership.

• Developing pricing models and quotes for enterprise-level deals.
  
• Stepping into the role of bid manager for substantial enterprise RFPs.
  
• Facilitating change-related initiatives within the Commercial department.
  
• Orchestrating various sales-related activities and providing deal support.

What we are looking for:
As a Commercial Project Manager, you're a dedicated self-starter, unafraid of hard work, and relentlessly focused on achieving your objectives, even when hurdles loom large. You thrive in an environment without predefined routines, taking full ownership of your work. Stability, self-awareness, and an attentive ear are your hallmarks, but you're not shy about voicing your opinions. Your analytical prowess allows you to dissect complex problems swiftly, making you a maestro of understanding all facets of an issue. You revel in the fluidity of change, thriving amidst shifting landscapes.

Skills & qualifications which will help you succeed in this role:

•  A Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field.
  
• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role within project management, either at a PE/VC-backed company or as a management consultant.
  
• A proven track record in managing complex commercial projects, with experience in international projects being a distinct advantage.
  
• Fluency in both written and spoken English.
  
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with a knack for transforming data into actionable insights.
