To sustain our growth and become a leader in the European consumer billing market we are looking for an experienced leader to join our team as Vice President of Technology. 

About the role:
In your role as VP of Technology, you will serve as the primary catalyst for shaping our technical landscape. You will be a master of strategy and direction, responsible for a wide-ranging set of tasks. This includes taking ownership of our architecture, overseeing the execution of our technological strategy, managing incidents effectively, and ensuring that our systems perform optimally. You'll be the guiding force, deeply engaged in shaping our technical future.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Architectural Vanguard: With sharp attention to detail, you'll carefully craft the architectural plans that form the foundation of our technological infrastructure. Your choices will map out the path for the growth and adaptability of our systems.
  
• Strategic Implementer: You are the leader guiding our technical strategy ship. You'll navigate its execution, adjusting to shifting circumstances, and ensuring that our technological endeavors align harmoniously with our business goals.
  
• Performance Maestro: As the conductor of our systems' performance, you will harmonize a symphony of optimization to maintain the seamless and uninterrupted flow of our digital operations.
  
• Incident Commander: When digital storms loom, you become our lightning rod. With precision, you navigate crisis situations, expertly restoring calm and functionality through your proficiency in incident management.
  
• Inspirational Leadership: Your talent for motivating and guiding others will establish the atmosphere for our technical teams. You will nurture an environment that encourages innovation, fostering a culture that is both agile and innovative.
  
• Technical Evolutionary: As the custodian of our technological advancement, you will oversee the transformation of concepts into concrete technological accomplishments, propelling us forward in the continuously changing tech environment.
  
• Business Balancer: You understand our business and understand how technology enables us to create value. You talk to our customers and you support our commercial processes with technical guidance and expertise.
  

What we are looking for:
As VP of Technology, you are an experienced leader driven by a profound passion for technology. Your extensive background spans roles such as Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Chief Architect, Tech Lead, or VP of Technology, specializing in Software as a Service (SaaS) environments.

Throughout your career, you've consistently demonstrated your ability to conceive and build systems and organizations from the ground up, embodying a visionary and determined approach. Your leadership seamlessly toggles between hands-on engagement and strategic delegation, consistently yielding exceptional results.
