As a Customer Support Agent at Billogram's customer service, you'll be part of a small yet ambitious team with a primary mission: to assist users of our service and their invoice recipients. Our team is dedicated to helping others and continually pushing the boundaries of what modern support can achieve!
This role involves a significant amount of administrative tasks, including managing client funds, reconciling your own invoicing, and transaction monitoring. In addition, we provide support through email, chat, phone, and social media, addressing a wide variety of questions and issues. Some cases are straightforward, while others require collaboration with other teams or external partners.
Who are you?
In addition to fluency in Swedish and English, we're looking for candidates who:
- Have several years of customer service experience and are ready to take the next step
- Are comfortable working with a variety of systems and quickly grasp how they interconnect
- Possess patience, a service-oriented mindset, drive, and attention to detail
- Have experience in the tech and/or finance industry
- Excel in communication and can explain complex concepts in a simple manner
- Are skilled at taking initiative, identifying opportunities for improvement, and initiating projects to achieve desired results
- Are team players who contribute to both their own and the team's success.
