To sustain our growth and become a leader in the European consumer billing market we are looking for an experienced Information Security Manager to join our team. 

About the role:
As an Information Security Manager, you will play a crucial role in Billogram's journey by advancing Information Security. You'll need to have a holistic approach in setting strategies, goals, and organizational requirements, while also providing support with tasks and queries. Hands-on involvement in projects is crucial to enhancing our information security practices.

We constantly strive to improve our products and organization to meet higher security standards. Therefore, it's essential for you to closely collaborate with all developers and every part of the organization to ensure that Information Security remains a primary consideration in all discussions.

Your involvement will extend to processes with our stakeholders and clients, such as commercial procedures, necessitating your ability to represent information security and data engineering with excellent communication skills and understanding of the needs and requirements of external stakeholders

You'll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as IT, Product owners, Legal & Compliance, Developers, and the Sales organization.

What we are looking for:
To suit this role, you must enjoy and thrive in a fast-paced environment where entrepreneurship is highly valued and key to keeping up with rapid changes. You have technical skills, can provide technical support and expertise in projects and are great with communication. You will have to be pragmatic and able to adjust your work after potential changes in priorities and projects. You must be able to work with different types of stakeholders that have various grades of knowledge of information security and data management but still be able to explain why and how certain areas are of importance.

We wish to see that you have an engineering approach in this role, where you are comfortable working with software development teams. You are ideally someone with experience in penetration testing, systems administration or similar and can explore solutions, whether in code or infrastructure, to identify and suggest resolutions to issues.

You should be comfortable with risk assessments and be able to prioritize activities and tasks from a risk-based perspective. Oversight of activities required to enhance our information security quality will be your responsibility. Additionally, you will assist in classifying assets and reporting on information security status.

Skills and qualifications for success in this role:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in IT and/or Information Security
• Experience in risk assessments and risk management on both strategic and operational levels
• Experience from working with ISO27001 or similar ISMS
• Experience in SaaS and cloud services
• Comfortable with server-side language
  
• Fluency in English
