Billogram aims to take invoicing from some dark corner of the to-do list, to something that fits into your life. The state of our easy, nifty and interactive payment solution means we’re well on our way, but there’s more to be done! We’re determined to improve companies customer experience, while revolutionizing an outdated debt collection industry and becoming the preferred payment provider for all subscription services. No biggie. 

The Role

To strengthen our ability to close even bigger deals and ensure successful onboarding of our new clients we’re now looking for a Client Delivery Manager to join our ranks!  

As a client delivery manager in the Onboarding team, your work begins in the sales cycle, supporting the sales team by validating the technical aspects of a new partnership and helping finalize the agreement. When the deal is sealed it’s time to get busy, as the integration project is owned by you, it’s now your responsibility to take the client from a signed agreement to live transactions as efficiently as possible. A big part of this role is integrating the client’s system with Billogram’s API, by coordinating with our tech team, the client and any possible partners, to get them all working in sync. 

When a new client begins using the Billogram platform, we want their experience to go above and beyond their expectations and with your help, feel safe about the journey they’re about to embark on. Once up and running, you will also support our Key Account Managers to ensure our clients continue to get the most out of our products once they’re live, and as they continue to grow. 

In addition to working hands-on with project management, you are encouraged to contribute to the continued optimization of the onboarding process and implement your own learnings to support our continued growth.

About you

We believe you will work hard to quickly build a deep understanding of Billogram’s product and offering, to be able to help our clients create better relationships with their customers. Your ability to communicate, multi-task and lead projects are key, since you will be working closely with both internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis. Considering the impact the Onboarding team has on our business, it’s important that you feel a sense of accountability, are a true team player and are determined to succeed!

To be successful in this position, we think you have previous knowledge of technical implementations/integrations and/or client onboarding as well as a few years experience of customer focused roles, either in or towards large enterprises, somewhere in the space between sales/business and tech/IT. Also, seeing as our clients are based in Sweden, it’s important that you are fluent in Swedish for this position.
