We’re expanding our billing platform internationally, which means we need to cater to increasing volumes and expanding requirements. What You Bring

You bring solid experience in designing, implementing, and delivering scalable, maintainable systems. You understand the trade-offs between writing great code and delivering business value, and you know how to balance them over time. You thrive in an environment where you’re encouraged to take on responsibilities and own deliverables from end to end, taking the time to understand both the business and technical requirements.

You know how to evolve a production system incrementally without breaking things. If things do break, you’re experienced in finding solutions quickly to keep the lights on. You also see programming languages as a means to an end—they’re tools to deliver value and can change over time. Whenever there’s a need to learn something new, you’re quick to pick it up.

Key Qualifications & Skills

• 7+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong experience with Python and a good understanding of PHP.
• Willingness to work with multiple programming languages.
• Experience in a product-focused environment.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior developers.

Nice to Have

• Experience in both B2B and B2C environments.
• Involvement with international expansion and entering new markets.
• Background in rewriting or migrating a platform.
