Marketing Operations Manager

About the role:
As Marketing Operations Manager at Billogram, you will play a crucial role in streamlining our marketing efforts, from managing lead processes to optimizing campaign performance. You will be responsible for aligning and streamlining marketing and sales processes, overseeing key metrics, and enhancing our marketing automation systems to drive efficiency and achieve business goals.
Primary responsibilities:
Marketing Operations
- Lead and Process Management: Oversee the lead management process, ensuring accurate tracking, nurturing, and handoff between teams, while also designing and refining workflows to align marketing, sales, and BDR activities.
- Performance Metrics: Develop and manage KPIs and dashboards to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Pardot Ownership: Manage and optimize Pardot, including automation setup, streamline marketing workflows, such as using automation rules, lead scoring, and engagement studio to nurture leads. Audience segmentation is key, and behavior-based rules to deliver personalized content as well as user training. Also, design and optimize automated email campaigns, manage forms and landing pages, and ensure seamless integration with CRM and marketing systems.
Performance Marketing
- Campaign and Process Management: Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns, ensuring efficiency, scalability and alignment with business goals.
- Conversion Optimization: Analyze and improve conversion rates, focusing on maximizing ROI and lead quality.
What we are looking for:
As a person, you are solution-oriented, quickly adapting to new challenges and effectively solving problems as they arise. You approach work methodically, ensuring that processes are efficient and well-organized. You are communicative and skilled at building relationships across all organizational levels and enjoy bringing people together to achieve common goals. Lastly, you are confident, consistently taking initiatives and making informed decisions that drive progress.
Skills & qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role, such as Marketing Operations Manager (B2B), or as a consultant, with Salesforce experience required and Pardot experience considered a plus.
- Proficiency in marketing automation, with demonstrated experience in streamlining processes, managing campaigns, scaling operations, and optimizing tactics through A/B testing.
- Proven experience in setting up dashboards and creating dynamic marketing operations programs.
- Strong data analysis skills, focusing on measuring campaign effectiveness and optimizing strategies for data-driven decisions.
- Expertise in project management, including the coordination of campaigns, time-management, and ensuring successful execution.
- Previous experience in the SaaS industry is a plus.
- A university degree in a relevant field is an advantage.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is required, along with professional working proficiency in Swedish. Fluency in additional languages such as German is a plus.
