To support our growth and become a leader in the European consumer billing market we are looking for a Product Manager Payments to join our team.

About the role:

As a Product Manager at Billogram, your mission is to deliver value for both our customers and Billogram. You’ll lead your part of the product from discovery to delivery, solving real customer problems and creating long-term value. Collaborating with your team, other product teams, and departments, you’ll align priorities and drive cross-functional success.

In this payments-focused role, you’ll leverage your deep understanding of payment flows to guide impactful product development while positioning yourself as Billogram’s payments expert.

Primary responsibilities:

• Lead product discovery and delivery, solving real customer problems while aligning with business goals.
• Own the product backlog, prioritizing initiatives that deliver the highest impact for customers and Billogram.
• Serve as the payments expert, with deep knowledge of SEPA, Swedish banking systems, and compliance requirements.
• Represent the voice of the customer by deeply understanding their needs and behaviors.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to turn ideas into innovative solutions.
• Use data and customer insights to guide decisions and measure product success.
• Define and maintain a 1-year strategic roadmap aligned with company goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and payment regulations.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships to foster alignment and collaboration across teams.

With strong business acumen and analytical thinking, you’re quick to spot opportunities and make informed decisions. Navigating ambiguity comes naturally to you, and you keep priorities on track while inspiring those around you with your collaborative and positive mindset.

Skills & traits which will help you succeed in this role:

• Proven and documented deep experience in payments, preferably within the Swedish/Nordic banking/payment landscape and/or SEPA.
• Solid product management experience, with a focus on leading both discovery and delivery processes.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional product and engineering teams.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required; fluency in Swedish is a plus.
• Experience in FinTech or a scale-up environment is an advantage.
• Experience from regulated business is an advantage.
• A university degree in business, engineering, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
