Client Delivery Manager

To support our growth and become a leader in the European consumer billing market we are looking for a Client Delivery Manager to join our team.
About the role:
As a Client Delivery Manager, you’ll be the trusted guide leading our clients through the onboarding journey, from the moment the contract is signed to their first successful invoice run. You’ll define project scopes, shape technical solutions, and coordinate internal and external resources to ensure a smooth and successful delivery.
You'll collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers and cross-functional teams to secure an outstanding onboarding experience. In parallel with your projects, you’ll help us evolve our ways of working through process improvements and shared learnings.
Primary responsibilities:
- Lead and manage client onboarding projects from start to finish
- Define project scope, specify technical solutions, and create structured project plans
- Coordinate internal resources and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
- Build strong relationships with clients, becoming their trusted main point of contact
- Guide clients toward best practice adoption and help them realize the full value of Billogram
- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
- Collaborate across sales, customer success, product development, and technical support
- Contribute to continuous improvement by gathering client feedback and enhancing processes
What we are looking for:
We believe you enjoy taking ownership, love working with others, and have a genuine curiosity for understanding both technical solutions and client needs. You are structured without being rigid, balancing clear planning with flexibility when conditions change. Building strong relationships comes naturally to you, and you communicate with clarity and confidence — always guiding clients and colleagues in a supportive way. You are self-driven and proactive, eager to learn and quick to seek solutions, with the ability to confidently navigate functional and technical aspects of complex solutions.
Skills & traits which will help you succeed in this role:
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading IT-implementation projects, ideally with client-facing responsibilities (consulting background is a plus)
- Solid project management skills with a passion for structured delivery
- Experience working with complex technical solutions, preferably within payments, invoicing, or API integrations
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, fluency in German is a plus
- University degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent is a requirement
