To continue driving our international growth, weâre now looking for a German-speaking Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Revenue Operations team in Stockholm.
About the Role
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Billogram, youâll be at the forefront of our growth journey, helping us expand across core verticals and into new markets. Youâll work closely with our commercial teams to identify and nurture business opportunities, transforming curiosity into meaningful client relationships. Your ability to understand customer challenges and translate them into solutions will directly influence Billogramâs international expansion.
Primary Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Drive outbound prospecting together with our Commercial team to secure high-quality meetings with potential clients.
- Develop and execute tailored outreach plans, ensuring each interaction resonates and adds value.
- Research and qualify leads using market insights to create a targeted and personalized approach.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Engineers to build strong pipelines, analyze business cases, and unlock new industry opportunities.
- Represent Billogram at industry events and conferences, participating in networking sessions and supporting pre- and post-event engagement.
- Support marketing and sales campaigns, including webinar follow-ups and stakeholder engagement, to nurture relationships throughout the buyer journey.
- Leverage top-tier tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Lusha to execute data-driven sales strategies and track results.

What will help you succeed
- Previous experience in business development, consultative sales, or outbound prospecting is required, along with a proven track record in booking meetings and generating pipeline.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and CRM tools is essential (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Experience engaging with C-level executives and a solid grasp of the recurring payments landscape is an advantage.
- Previous experience working with Enterprise clients is an advantage.
- Familiarity with the MEDDIC (or similar) methodology is a plus.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and any prospecting tools.
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English is required, fluency in Swedish is a plus.
