To support our growth and become a leader in the European consumer billing market we are looking for a Payments Support Administrator to join our Payments Support team.
About the role:
As a Payments Support Administrator, you will be a key person in our team, working at the intersection of payments, compliance, and process excellence. The role is a mix of administrative tasks and customer support, where your work has a direct impact on our financial integrity.
You will handle everything from payment allocations and refunds on our client funds account to monitoring transactions to ensure regulatory compliance. Your daily work will be in systems like Zendesk, CM1, and Notion, where you will independently collaborate with clients and their customers as well as other partners to resolve complex problems, and contribute to our internal knowledge base.
Primary responsibilities:
- Own the payments flow by managing transactions, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
- Keep accurate records and documentation related to payments and support cases to ensure transparency and compliance.
- Analyze and act on transaction data to detect unexpected errors and signals of fraud or suspicious behavior.
- Proactively drive improvements by identifying opportunities to enhance workflows and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with teams across Compliance, Product, and Finance to resolve complex payments and product-related issues.
- Deliver high-quality support, simplifying complex payment-related topics and ensuring a seamless experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously refine how we handle payments and support.

You are meticulous and structured, with a strong sense of ownership. You ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. Your ability to quickly notice when something seems off is a great asset, and you naturally take the initiative to investigate or escalate the situation to the right person. You thrive when presented with a complex administrative task and enjoy structuring out the work to get the result or answers necessary.
You are highly analytical and solution-oriented, and you see problems as an opportunity to learn and improve. You are a team player and thrive on collaboration, as you easily find win-win solutions by focusing on common goals.
Your communication is one of your key strengths, and you easily adapt your tone and message to the situation to ensure clarity. While administrative tasks are your core focus, you also appreciate occasional customer contact. You are curious and quick to learn new information, which drives you to continuously improve workflows and processes.
What will help you succeed:
- At least three years of experience in administrative roles, such as back-office, payment operations, or similar roles involving structured tasks and documentation.
- Experience working with financial transactions, KYC (Know Your Customer), or AML (Anti-Money Laundering) is a significant plus.
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate administrative systems, including Zendesk, CM1 and Notion.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken, is required. Fluency in German is a plus.
