Account Executive Nordics
To strengthen our position as a leading European payment platform, we’re looking for an Account Executive Nordics to join our sales team in Stockholm.

To strengthen our position as a leading European payment platform, we’re looking for an Account Executive Nordics to join our sales team in Stockholm.
About the role
As Account Executive Nordics, you will be a driving force in our growth journey. Your mission is to expand our footprint across the Nordic market, specifically focusing on our core verticals (Telecom, Utilities, Mobility and Insurance). While your primary focus is generating new business opportunities, you will also play a key role in driving upsells within our installed base.
You are a master of navigating complex stakeholder landscapes, guiding senior leaders through a transformation journey. By combining strategic insight with consultative selling, you ensure cross-functional alignment in environments where decision-making involves multiple layers and long-term perspectives. You are the architect of the deal, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned to transform prospects into long-term partnerships.
Primary responsibilities
Drive New Business: Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting relevant accounts and conducting demos to technical evaluations and closing deals.
Master the Complex Deal: Navigate multi-stakeholder environments by performing deep stakeholder mapping and driving alignment across legal, finance, and IT departments.
Consultative Strategy: Build sophisticated business cases and ROI analyses, leveraging market insights to offer clients a new perspective on their business.
Internal Collaboration: Lead the deal team by collaborating with Sales Engineers, Client Delivery, and Legal to craft optimal solutions.
Sales Excellence & CRM: Take full ownership of your own forecasting and pipeline in Salesforce to ensure a structured and accurate sales process.
AI & Efficiency: Utilize AI tools and prospecting software to automate administrative tasks and increase your outreach precision.
Field Presence: Travel across the Nordics and Europe to build face-to-face trust.

You are self-going and determined, with the ability to stay disciplined and structured even in changing environments. While you are driven by exceeding your own targets, you are highly cooperation-oriented and build strong relationships with peers and management to achieve shared goals.
Skills & experience that set you up for success
Proven track record in complex B2B sales: You have full cycle ownership and a consistent history of meeting or exceeding targets in environments characterized by long sales cycles (6–12 months) and multiple decision-makers.
C-level engagement: Experience in high-level negotiations and a proven ability to influence and build consensus among senior executives (CFO, CIO, Head of CX).
Consultative Mindset: A strong commercial and analytical mindset, skilled at building sophisticated business cases and advising clients on ROI and long-term value.
Industry Expertise: Experience from Fintech or Payments and/or an existing track record within our core verticals (Utilities, Mobility, Telecom, or Insurance) is a requirement.
Strategic Outreach: Strong outbound skills and experience using prospecting tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Methodology: Knowledge of MEDDICC or similar structured sales methodologies and experience working in Salesforce is a plus.
Language: Fluency in English and Swedish is a requirement.
Education: A Bachelor's degree within a relevant field is a plus.
