Product Manager
To strengthen our position as a leading European payment platform, we’re looking for a Product Manager to join our team in Stockholm.

As we continue to evolve our product organization, we are looking for a Product Manager to join our team in Stockholm.
About the role:
As a Product Manager at Billogram, your mission is to deliver real value for both our customers and our business. You will lead the development of the core parts of the recipient experience, including invoice distribution, email communication, web invoice design, and smart dunning flows.
In this role, you own the most critical touchpoints where our product meets the end-user. Success here requires more than just shipping features; it’s about using data and customer insights to ensure that every part of the journey is optimized for conversion and a great user experience. Collaborating closely with engineers in your team, other product teams, and departments, you’ll align priorities and drive cross-functional success to move the needle on our most important metrics.
Primary responsibilities:
Optimize the End-User Experience: Drive the development of our invoice distribution, email flows, and web invoice design to ensure maximum conversion and user satisfaction.
Champion Data-Driven Discovery: Implement tracking and lead A/B testing to move from assumptions to validated insights.
Strategic & Operational Balance: Lead your team through product discovery while also being hands-on in managing incidents and operational excellence.
Business Impact: Understand how your part of the product contributes to Billogram's revenue and use that business acumen to prioritize the most valuable initiatives.
AI Integration: Use AI in your daily work to automate research and prototyping, while continuously refining your expertise to ensure Billogram remains at the forefront of AI-driven product management.

As a skilled communicator, you find it easy to align people toward a common goal, whether discussing technical logic or commercial value. You are also curious about how the PM role is evolving and enjoy exploring new tools, such as AI, to enhance your way of working.
Skills & traits which will help you succeed in this role:
Product Management Expertise: Minimum of 3 years of documented experience in leading both discovery and delivery processes with a focus on creating measurable value.
Payment Experience: Prior experience with payment solutions such as card payments, Open Banking, digital billing, dunning flows, or debt collection is a strong advantage.
Cross-functional Collaboration: A proven ability to build bridges between engineering, design, and commercial teams to foster alignment and deliver high-value outcomes.
Data-driven Mindset: Experience in using customer insights and metrics to guide decisions and track product success.
Communication: Fluency in written and spoken English is required. Fluency in Swedish is a plus.
Relevant Background: Experience from FinTech, regulated businesses, or a fast-growing start-up or scale-up environment is highly beneficial.
