To ensure continuous growth and become a leader in the European consumer billing market we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner Tech to join our team.
About the role
As a TA Partner Tech at Billogram, your mission is to drive and execute our recruitment processes across our engineering and product organization. You will run the full recruitment lifecycle, from kickoff and role brief through search, screening, interviews and offer, partnering closely with our hiring managers to make every tech hire faster, sharper and a strong match.
Tech is your primary focus and the heart of the role, but you'll also step in to support hires across operations and product when the team needs it. You will fully own your own processes and pipelines end-to-end, driving them forward with an independent mindset. Sweden’s tech market is small, and the communities we hire from are even smaller. So great hiring isn’t about sitting back and waiting for applications. It’s about building trust, creating pipelines, and having meaningful conversations with the people behind the CVs. Collaborating closely with our CTO, engineering managers and the talent team, you'll proactively source, keep candidate communication crystal clear, and ensure everyone leaves our process with a warm, human impression of Billogram.
Primary responsibilities
End-to-end recruitment: Drive and own the full recruitment lifecycle for engineering hires as your primary focus, while being ready to help out with operations or product roles when needed to ensure team success.
Hiring manager partnership: Lead role-brief conversations to capture sharp requirements, partner with engineering leaders on what key roles the team will need over time, and make sure the hiring team is fully calibrated on competencies before they meet a candidate.
Active sourcing and pipeline: Run proactive search and outreach (LinkedIn and beyond), build talent pools for core profiles, and keep long-term candidate dialogues warm.
Candidate experience and employer brand: Own candidate communication through the process, and help shape how Billogram shows up to the tech community externally, so every person who meets us leaves with a clear and human impression.
Process, quality and AI efficiency: Sharpen our scorecards, structured interviews, feedback loops and post-hire check-ins to measure quality of hire, and bring AI tools into the workflow to make each next hire more accurate than the last.
What we are looking for
You love recruitment as a craft. Finding the right person and showing them why it's worth the leap is one of the best problems you know how to solve. You are driven by results, set your own daily pace, and put in the hard work on both the volume and the judgment side. You handle multiple processes in parallel, deliver on your commitments, and follow through to signed offers.
You're bold rather than cautious. You'll tell a hiring manager when their brief isn't ready in a way that makes them want your input next time. Being service-minded without being a yes-person, you build trust with hiring managers and candidates by being honest, fast and present, knowing every interaction shapes how Billogram is talked about. You care about the business as much as the craft, and you connect every hire to where Billogram is heading. You're also curious about how AI can free you up for the conversations that matter. You thrive in small, fast-moving teams, and you take ownership of what needs doing instead of waiting for someone else to step in.
Skills & traits which will help you succeed in this role
End-to-end tech recruitment experience: Minimum 2 years of owning tech roles in-house or at a specialised tech recruitment consultancy. You've run kickoffs, search, screening and offer conversations yourself.
Active sourcing: Confident with cold outreach and LinkedIn search. You've turned passive candidates into hires more than once.
Stakeholder partnering: Experience working closely with engineering or product leaders. You know how to argue your case, win the respect of stakeholders, and translate ambiguous needs into sharp role briefs.
AI in your workflow: You already use AI tools to speed up sourcing, screening or outreach, and you want to keep raising your own bar here.
Structured and data-driven way of working: You handle several processes in parallel without dropping balls, you use recruitment data and KPIs to follow what's working, and you actively look for ways to make the process better for next time.
Communication: Fluency in written and spoken English and Swedish is required.
Relevant background: Experience from FinTech, SaaS, scale-up or a fast-growing tech-product environment is a strong advantage.
