Account Executive Nordics

In this role, you’ll play a key part in accelerating our growth, building meaningful relationships with clients, and shaping the future of digital billing across the region.
About the Role
As an Account Executive Nordics at Billogram, you will be a driving force in our growth journey. Your mission will be to help expand our presence across the Nordic market, focusing on our core verticals (Telecom, Utilities, and Insurance) while also unlocking opportunities in new sectors. You’ll be central to building meaningful client relationships, transforming prospects into long-term partnerships, and shaping the future of digital billing in Europe.
In this role, you will manage the entire sales cycle, from first outreach to signed agreement, by crafting tailored solutions that address each client’s unique challenges. You’ll combine strategic insight, commercial acumen, and consultative selling, to guide prospects through every step of their decision-making process, ensuring Billogram delivers measurable value.
What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting relevant accounts and conducting demos to technical evaluations and closing deals.
- Drive new business growth by targeting key opportunities in our core verticals and identifying potential in new industries.
- Partner with teams across the company, including Sales Engineers, BDRs, Client Delivery, and Legal, to craft the optimal solution for each client
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, becoming a strategic partner to their business.
- Ensure structured and accurate sales processes, including forecasting and CRM management in Salesforce.
- Shape Billogram’s sales strategy by sharing market insights, customer feedback, and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement.

Skills & Experience That Set You Up For Success
- Proven track record in complex B2B sales, with full sales cycle ownership and a strong focus on new client acquisition.
- Experience engaging with C-level executives and senior stakeholders, confidently navigating multi-stakeholder deals to drive decisions.
- A strong commercial and consultative mindset, with experience building business cases and advising clients.
- Background in digital payments, invoicing, or fintech is highly advantageous.
- Knowledge of our key verticals (Telecom, Utilities, and Insurance) is a definite plus.
- Structured sales approach with experience using MEDDICC (or similar qualification framework) and Salesforce CRM to manage pipeline and forecast accurately.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or another relevant field is preferred.
- Fluency in English and Swedish, both written and verbal, is a requirement. Additional languages such as Norwegian, Finnish, or German are a plus for growing Nordic and European markets.
