Strategy & Operations Associate

About the Role
This is a role with high trust, high exposure, and high impact, where you will operate at the intersection of strategy and operational execution. Reporting into the CEO Office, you will be a trusted partner to our executive leadership, driving top-priority initiatives and helping to structure and maintain focus within a fast-scaling and dynamic company.
We need someone who can translate strategic initiatives into execution, wrangle complexity, and bring pace and focus to mission-critical projects. You will thrive in ambiguity and know how to move quickly from an idea to tangible results, even when direction is lacking or inputs are unclear. This is not a "wait for instructions" kind of role. It's for someone who takes the initiative and delivers results with minimal oversight.
Primary Responsibilities
Your focus will be on driving strategic momentum and operational efficiency across the business.
- Driving Strategic Execution: Own the journey from high-level vision to completed outcomes, ensuring all efforts are focused on Billogram's core strategy.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead or support critical projects spanning operations, product, go-to-market, and people. Projects may include analyzing Gross Margins, supporting the Commercial team, or structuring data for financing efforts (M&A).
- High-Impact Project Management: Own project management for time-sensitive efforts, including aligning stakeholders, managing timelines, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- Enable Better Decisions: Prepare research, materials, and internal communications that enable swift and informed decision-making at the executive level.
- Operational Structure: Help structure and operationalize executive workflows, business reviews, and leadership meetings.
- Proactive Improvement: Identify gaps, propose solutions, and implement improvements continuously.
What We Are Looking For:
You have a background in high-performance environments like consulting, tech, or investing, and possess a strong curiosity about our product and business. As a person, you are highly structured and organized, understanding when to prioritize pace while maintaining sufficient detail. You are a true self-starter, demonstrating ownership and accountability to move quickly and deliver results with minimal oversight. Furthermore, you possess good judgement, showing sensitivity to context, the ability to read the room, handling sensitive information with the utmost care, and you approach challenges with humility.
What Will Help You Succeed
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in high-performance environments such as Management Consulting, Tech, VC/PE, or cross-functional startup roles. Broad experience in areas like deal advisory or pricing is beneficial.
- Proven ability to manage complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders. You have previously worked with (and earned the trust of) senior leaders.
- Strong ability to context-switch and move fluidly between strategy, tactical and operational work.
- Fluency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written is a requirement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent is a requirement.
